How MYORIL MAXX TABLET 10'S Works

• Aceclofenac is an NSAID that blocks cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, lowering the prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling and inflammation in muscles and joints. Paracetamol works mainly within the central nervous system to reduce the sensation of pain and lower fever.
• Thiocolchicoside acts on GABA and glycine receptor pathways in the nervous system to relieve muscle spasm and stiffness, easing movement. Combining these three ingredients addresses pain, inflammation and muscle spasm together, which often occur alongside one another in acute musculoskeletal conditions.

Nausea, stomach upset, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain and diarrhoea are the most commonly reported effects. Dizziness, drowsiness and headache have also been reported. Black or bloody stools, severe stomach pain, or signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as facial or throat swelling or difficulty breathing, need urgent medical attention.

• If you miss a dose of Myoril Maxx Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children and pets.

• Take with or just after food to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use only for the short duration advised by the prescriber
• Avoid other paracetamol-containing products while taking this tablet
• Avoid alcohol during treatment
• Avoid driving or operating machinery until it is known how this tablet affects alertness
• Seek urgent medical help for black or bloody stools, severe stomach pain, or facial swelling and breathing difficulty

• Myoril Maxx is best taken with or just after food, which reduces the chance of stomach upset, since aceclofenac can irritate the stomach lining. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment, since it can increase the risk of stomach bleeding and liver injury.
