How MYOSPAZ FORTE TABLET 10'S Works

• Myospaz Forte Tablet contains three active ingredients that act together: Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac and Paracetamol.
• Chlorzoxazone is a centrally-acting muscle relaxant. It acts on the spinal cord and sub-cortical areas of the brain to reduce the frequency and intensity of involuntary muscle contractions, helping tight muscles relax.
• Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks the cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that produce prostaglandins, reducing the inflammation, swelling and pain around the affected muscles and joints.
• Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic. It acts mainly in the central nervous system to raise the pain threshold and can also help lower fever.
• Together, this gives a triple action: Chlorzoxazone relieves the muscle spasm, while Diclofenac and Paracetamol relieve the accompanying pain and inflammation.
