How NEERI SYRUP 100 ML Works

• Punarnava and Gokshura are traditionally used as mild diuretics that support urine flow, helping to move fluid and small crystals through the urinary tract. Pashanbhed and Varuna are traditionally described as litholytic herbs, thought to help discourage crystal aggregation and support the passage of small stone fragments.
• Daruharidra, Sahadevi, Apamarga and Makoy are traditionally included for their soothing and antimicrobial action on the urinary tract lining. Together, these ingredients are intended to support the body's own processes for maintaining a healthy urinary tract, not to act as a specific drug against one target.

Mild stomach upset, nausea and a change in bowel habits are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Headache and dizziness have also been reported in rare cases.

• If you miss a dose of Neeri Syrup, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed.

• Store the bottle in its original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Shake the bottle well before each use and measure the dose with the cup provided
• Take after meals with a full glass of water
• Drink plenty of water through the day to support urinary flow
• Do not use as a substitute for prescribed treatment of a diagnosed urinary or kidney condition
• Seek prompt medical advice for fever, severe pain, blood in the urine or difficulty passing urine
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
