How NEERI TABLET 30'S Works

• Pashanbhed and Varuna are traditionally described as litholytic herbs, thought to help discourage crystal aggregation in the urinary tract and support the passage of small stone fragments, while Punarnava is traditionally used as a mild diuretic that supports urine flow.
• Apamarga, Gokshura, Sahadevi and Lajjalu are traditionally included for their soothing action on the urinary tract lining, and Shilajit and the mineral preparations Hajrul Yahood Bhasma and Shwet Parpati are traditionally used for general urinary tract support in Ayurveda. Yavakshar is an alkaline preparation traditionally used to help balance urinary pH. Together, these ingredients are intended to support the body's own processes for maintaining a healthy urinary tract, rather than acting as a specific drug against one target.

Mild stomach upset, nausea and bloating are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Headache and dizziness have also been reported in rare cases.

• If you miss a dose of Neeri Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet after meals with a full glass of water
• Drink plenty of water through the day to support urinary flow
• Do not use as a substitute for prescribed treatment of a diagnosed urinary or kidney condition
• Seek prompt medical advice for fever, severe pain, blood in the urine or difficulty passing urine
• Tell the doctor about any existing kidney condition before starting
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Neeri is generally taken after meals. There is no other specific food interaction established for this product, though a generous fluid intake is advised alongside its use.
