The most common side effects of NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S are dizziness, excess sleepiness, stomach upset, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and peripheral edema (swelling in legs/arms). Consult your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
The duration of action of the NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S is about 6 hours.
If you miss a dose of NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Take NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S with or without food. Drink plenty of water to avoid stomach irritation. Do not break, crush, or chew the tablets. Do not take in larger doses than prescribed by your doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol with this medicine, as it can worsen your dizziness. Keep this medicine away from children and pets. If your condition does not improve in one week or is associated with fever, rash, or breathing difficulty, consult your doctor. Avoid consumption of foods containing caffeine or drinks such as tea, chocolate, and coffee since it leads to excessive dizziness and sleepiness.
