The most common side effects of NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S are dizziness, excess sleepiness, stomach upset, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and peripheral edema (swelling in legs/arms). Consult your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
The duration of action of the NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S is about 6 hours.
If you miss a dose of NEPAR FORTE TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Avoid consumption of foods containing caffeine or drinks such as tea, chocolate, and coffee since it leads to excessive dizziness and sleepiness.
