  • NIPRESS 50MG INJECTION contains Sodium Nitroprusside, a vasodilator medicine. It quickly lowers blood pressure during hypertensive crises (extremely high blood pressure) and acute heart failure, when the heart doesn't pump enough blood. It's also used during surgery to reduce bleeding by maintaining lower blood pressure.
