How NOCOLD TABLET 10'S Works

• Paracetamol relieves pain and lowers fever by reducing chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and raise body temperature.
• Cetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, easing sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes and itching; it is less sedating than older antihistamines.
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine that also blocks histamine to help dry a runny nose and reduce sneezing and watery, itchy eyes.
• Caffeine is a mild stimulant that enhances the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol and helps counter the drowsiness that antihistamines can cause. Note: this medicine does not contain a nasal decongestant and does not work by narrowing blood vessels in the nose.

Most side effects are mild and often settle on their own. Tell your doctor if any effect is severe or does not go away.

• Drowsiness or sleepiness
• Dry mouth
• Dizziness
• Nausea
• Headache
• Restlessness or difficulty sleeping (from caffeine)

• If you miss a dose of NOCOLD TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Keep NOCOLD TAB 1X10 away from the reach of children and pets.
• Store NOCOLD TAB 1X10 at room temperature.

• Take NOCOLD Tablet 10'S as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, typically one tablet every 4-6 hours as needed for symptom relief. Overdosing can lead to serious side effects.
• NOCOLD Tablet 10'S is designed to alleviate symptoms of the common cold and flu, such as nasal congestion, headache, fever, and body aches. It combines ingredients like paracetamol (acetaminophen) for pain and fever relief, and a decongestant to clear nasal passages. Remember, it treats symptoms, not the underlying viral infection.
• If you have pre-existing medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, liver problems, kidney problems, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate, consult your doctor before using NOCOLD Tablet 10'S. Certain ingredients may interact with your condition or medications.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while taking NOCOLD Tablet 10'S. Alcohol can increase the risk of liver damage, especially when combined with paracetamol (acetaminophen). It can also worsen some of the side effects of the medication, such as drowsiness.
• If your symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or if they worsen, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Prolonged use without improvement could indicate a more serious underlying condition that requires medical attention. Also, seek medical advice if you develop new symptoms or experience any unusual side effects.

• While taking NOCOLD TABLET 10'S, there are no specific restrictions on food. It can be taken with or without food. However, if you experience any stomach upset, taking it with food may help.
