NULIN 3D TABLET is generally well-tolerated, but like all medications, it can cause side effects. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, dizziness, and drowsiness. Some individuals might experience heartburn or mild skin rashes. Less common or more serious side effects, though rare, could involve liver problems, kidney issues, allergic reactions (like swelling or severe rash), gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, and changes in blood pressure. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, or if you experience any severe reactions, it's crucial to consult your doctor immediately. Always read the product leaflet for a complete list of side effects.

Allergies
UnsafeDo not take Nulin 3D Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience allergic reactions.
Nulin 3D Tablet is primarily used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and relax muscles associated with conditions like muscle spasms, back pain, joint pain (e.g., osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), and other musculoskeletal disorders.
Nulin 3D Tablet contains a combination of three active ingredients: Aceclofenac (a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug - NSAID), Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic), and Thiocolchicoside (a muscle relaxant).
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the action of chemical messengers called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes. Paracetamol works by increasing the pain threshold. Thiocolchicoside acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness and spasms, thereby improving muscle movement.
Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, dizziness, and drowsiness. If any side effect persists or worsens, consult your doctor.
Take Nulin 3D Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to minimize stomach upset. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew, or break it.
Yes, it is generally recommended to take Nulin 3D Tablet with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset and indigestion caused by Aceclofenac.
Nulin 3D Tablet is generally recommended for short-term use to manage acute pain and muscle spasms. Prolonged use, especially of Aceclofenac, can increase the risk of gastrointestinal issues, kidney problems, or cardiovascular side effects. Always follow your doctor's advice regarding the duration of treatment.
It is advisable to avoid alcohol consumption while taking Nulin 3D Tablet as it can increase the risk of side effects, particularly liver damage (due to Paracetamol) and stomach problems (due to Aceclofenac).
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, liver disease, heart conditions, asthma, or bleeding disorders. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience dizziness or drowsiness.
Nulin 3D Tablet is generally not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the last trimester, due to potential risks to the fetus. It should be used with caution during breastfeeding, and only if clearly necessary, under strict medical supervision. Always consult your doctor before taking any medication during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Nulin 3D Tablet is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Thiocolchicoside, or other NSAIDs. It should also be avoided in patients with active peptic ulcers, severe kidney or liver impairment, severe heart failure, or a history of asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Yes, Nulin 3D Tablet can interact with various medications, including blood thinners (anticoagulants), diuretics, certain blood pressure medications, lithium, methotrexate, and other NSAIDs. Always inform your doctor about all medications, supplements, and herbal products you are currently taking to avoid potential interactions.
In case of a suspected overdose, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, or liver damage.
Store Nulin 3D Tablet at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date.
Yes, Thiocolchicoside, one of the ingredients in Nulin 3D Tablet, can cause drowsiness or dizziness in some individuals. It is advisable to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
Yes, many pharmaceutical companies manufacture combination medicines with Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Thiocolchicoside under different brand names (e.g., Myospaz Plus, Zerodol-MR, Aceclokids-MR). The choice of brand depends on doctor's prescription and availability.
