Possible side effects of NUROSPA ACTIVE TABLET 10'S may include nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, constipation, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, restlessness, confusion, blurred vision, dry mouth, increased sweating, increased heart rate, changes in blood pressure, allergic reactions (such as rash, itching, swelling), liver problems, and rarely, serious cardiovascular events. Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any severe or persistent side effects.

Nurospa Active Tablet is primarily used to treat neuropathic pain, muscle pain, and vitamin deficiencies.
Nurospa Active Tablet mainly contains Methylcobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine, and Calcium.
Common side effects of Nurospa Active Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, and allergic reactions. Consult a doctor if side effects persist.
Store Nurospa Active Tablet at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Pregnant women should consult a doctor before using Nurospa Active Tablet.
Breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using Nurospa Active Tablet.
The dosage of Nurospa Active Tablet is determined by the doctor. Generally, it is taken once a day.
