Olmin 40-H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill).
Olmesartan works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily. Hydrochlorothiazide helps to lower blood pressure by removing extra water and salt from the body.
Common side effects of Olmin 40-H Tablet include dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.
Olmin 40-H Tablet can be taken with or without food. It is best to take it at the same time every day.
Before taking Olmin 40-H Tablet, tell your doctor if you have any allergies, kidney or liver disease, or diabetes. Also, tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal products.
