How OSTEEFLEX UC TABLET 10'S Works

• Undenatured type II collagen is thought to work through a process called oral tolerance, in which exposure to this specific collagen in the gut may help modulate an inappropriate immune response directed at joint cartilage, potentially reducing inflammation and supporting cartilage comfort over time.
• Calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 support bone mineralisation, with vitamin D3 aiding calcium absorption in the gut. Zinc, manganese and copper are trace minerals involved in connective tissue and bone metabolism. Rose hip extract and vitamin C provide antioxidant support and are involved in collagen synthesis in the body.

Mild stomach upset, nausea, diarrhoea and constipation are the most commonly reported effects. Headache and heartburn have also been reported. An allergic reaction is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling. Since some collagen sources are animal-derived, anyone with a known allergy to the source animal should check the product's origin before use.

• If you miss a dose of Osteeflex UC Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet consistently at the same time each day
• Be patient; benefit is generally seen after several weeks to months, not immediately
• Combine with appropriate exercise and weight management for better effect on joint comfort
• Check the collagen source in case of an animal-product allergy
• Tell the doctor about kidney disease or a history of kidney stones before starting
• Do not use this supplement as a substitute for prescribed arthritis treatment

• Osteeflex UC can be taken with or without food, though taking it with food can help if it causes stomach upset.
