OSTOCALCIUM TOTAL CENTRUM CHEWABLE TABLET 30'S can be taken after the age of 30, when women lose calcium from their bones. Calcium and vitamin D deficiencies in her body are reflected in symptoms such as slight fatigue, continuous pain and weakness in the legs, back and joints. Proper calcium intake is necessary to prevent the loss of calcium from bones. Prolonged calcium deficiency can cause osteoporosis, which later leads to bone weakness. Ostocalcium Tablets contain calcium and vitamin D3 to help maintain bone strength and lead an active lifestyle. 400 IU of Vitamin D3 is found in each table.
