How PILON TABLET 10'S Works

• Kattha and sudha fatkari are traditionally used as astringents, thought to help shrink swollen tissue and reduce bleeding by causing mild constriction of the affected blood vessels. Daruharidra and neem beej are traditionally used for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, helping reduce swelling and the risk of secondary infection in the affected area.
• Ativish and kariyal are traditionally used as bitter, digestive-supporting herbs, while hirabol and gritkumari are traditionally included for their soothing and wound-healing properties. Saunf is traditionally used as a carminative to ease associated digestive discomfort.

Mild gastrointestinal upset, including nausea, bloating and gas, is the most commonly reported effect. Diarrhoea, constipation and abdominal discomfort have also been reported. An allergic reaction to any of the herbal ingredients is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs. Heavy or persistent rectal bleeding, severe pain, or a lump that does not improve should be assessed by a doctor rather than managed with this tablet alone.

• If you miss a dose of Pilon Tablet 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Maintain a high-fibre diet and adequate fluid intake alongside its use
• Avoid prolonged sitting or straining during bowel movements
• Seek prompt medical assessment for heavy or persistent bleeding, severe pain, or a new lump
• Tell the doctor about liver disease before starting
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Pilon can generally be taken with or without food, though taking it after meals can reduce the chance of stomach upset. A high-fibre diet supports the tablet's intended purpose.
