• L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot make on its own and must obtain from the diet or a supplement; it supports normal protein building and is often associated with a healthy appetite.
• Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 support the normal working of the nervous system and the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and vitamin B6 help the body release energy from food as part of normal metabolism.
