POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S can cause serious side effects such as low white blood cells, bleeding or bruising, severe or bloody diarrhea, blood clots (chest or leg pain, swelling), severe liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark-brown color urine, abdominal pain), and severe allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing). Common side effects include shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tremor, low potassium level in the blood (hypokalaemia), back pain, bone pain, diarrhea, constipation, upper respiratory tract infection, high blood sugar levels, loss of appetite, lack of energy, trouble sleeping, muscle spasms, muscle weakness, numbness, tingling, or burning sensation in the skin, pain in hands or feet, and anemia.
Pregnancy
UNSAFEPOMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S is unsafe to use during pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on the unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine.
POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S belongs to the class of medications called Immuno modulatory agents.
It is best to take POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S once daily, with or without food. Take the capsule at the same time every day for better results.

Blood donations are restricted while taking POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S and for one month after stopping the medicine because the blood might be given to pregnant women whose fetuses should not be exposed to this medication.

Take your missed POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S dose as soon as you remember if it has been less than 12 hours since your usual time. Skip the dose you missed if it has been more than 12 hours. Do not take two doses at the same time.
POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S should not be used in patients with hepatitis B virus infection. POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S treatment may reactivate the hepatitis B virus in people who have the virus, resulting in a recurrence of the infection.
There are no known interactions of POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S with other drugs.
It is recommended to take effective birth control for at least 4 weeks before beginning treatment, during treatment, and at least 4 weeks after stopping POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S treatment. Women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant should not use this medication. Handle this medication with disposable gloves since it may come into contact with the skin. Do not share POMCAD 2 CAPSULE 21'S with others even if they have the same symptoms as you have, since it may cause birth defects and other serious problems. It is advised to refrain from donating blood or sperm both during treatment and for seven days after treatment with this drug.
