• Saw palmetto is traditionally thought to have a mild effect on hormones involved in prostate tissue growth, though the clinical evidence for a meaningful effect on prostate size or urinary flow is inconsistent across studies. Pumpkin seed oil is traditionally used to support urinary tract comfort, possibly related to its fatty acid and antioxidant content.
• Lycopene is an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress, which is one of several factors thought to be relevant to prostate health. Together, these ingredients are intended to provide general nutritional and antioxidant support relevant to men's urinary and prostate health, not to act as a specific drug that shrinks the prostate.

Mild stomach upset, nausea and headache are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling. Dizziness has also been reported.

• If you miss a dose of Prostina Capsule, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the capsules in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take after a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Continue any prescribed treatment or monitoring for prostate symptoms alongside this supplement
• Tell the doctor about blood-thinning medicines before starting
• Attend regular prostate check-ups as advised, especially with a family history of prostate cancer
• Seek prompt medical evaluation for new or worsening urinary symptoms, or blood in the urine
