How PUDIN HARA CAPSULE 10'S Works

• Peppermint oil contains menthol, which relaxes the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract. This antispasmodic action reduces cramping and helps trapped gas pass more easily, relieving bloating and discomfort.
• Spearmint oil has a similar antispasmodic effect and is traditionally thought to support bile flow, which aids the digestion of dietary fat. The capsule has an enteric coating, meaning it is designed to release its contents in the intestine rather than the stomach, which helps target the discomfort where it occurs and reduces the mint aftertaste some people find unpleasant.

Mild heartburn, belching, nausea and a cooling sensation in the stomach are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to mint is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Persistent or severe abdominal discomfort should be assessed by a doctor.

• If you forget to take a dose of Pudin Hara, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

• Store the capsules in their original pack, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the capsules after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water; do not chew or open it
• Take it after meals to aid digestion and reduce stomach upset
• Avoid lying down immediately after taking a dose
• Start cautiously if there is a history of heartburn or acid reflux
• Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen after a few days
• Keep a capsule on hand while travelling, since diet changes can trigger digestive upset

• Pudin Hara can be taken with or without food, though taking it after meals can help with digestion and reduce the chance of stomach upset.
