How SARIDON TABLET 10'S Works

• Paracetamol acts on central pain and fever pathways. Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors and increases alertness; it can also influence blood vessel tone and modify the response to analgesics. Caffeine itself can cause restlessness, sleep disturbance or palpitations, particularly with other caffeine sources.

Nausea, stomach discomfort, restlessness, tremor, difficulty sleeping and palpitations can occur. Excess paracetamol can cause severe liver injury, sometimes before early symptoms appear.
