- For children: Topical formulations: The use of TOPCORT 0.1% CREAM 15 GM in children under 2 years of age is not recommended. For children over 2 years of age, apply a thin layer of the cream, ointment, or lotion to the affected area once daily. Do not apply TOPCORT 0.1% CREAM 15 GM to large areas of skin or for prolonged periods of time without the guidance of a healthcare provider.
- Nasal spray: The use of TOPCORT 0.1% CREAM 15 GM Nasal spray in children under 6 years of age is not recommended. For children 6 years of age and older, the recommended dose is one spray into each nostril once daily.
- Inhaler: The use of TOPCORT 0.1% CREAM 15 GM inhaler in children under 4 years of age is not recommended. For children 4 years of age and older, the recommended dose is two puffs twice daily.
- For adults: Topical formulations: Apply a thin layer of the cream, ointment, or lotion to the affected area once daily. Do not apply TOPCORT 0.1% CREAM 15 GM TO Large areas of skin or for prolonged periods of time without the guidance of a healthcare provider.
- Nasal spray: The recommended dose is two sprays into each nostril once daily.
- Inhaler: The recommended dose is two puffs twice daily.
