Common side effects of TORGLIP R Tablet may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, metallic taste, and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Less common side effects can involve skin rash, itching, dizziness, headache, constipation, flatulence, and elevated liver enzymes. Rare but serious side effects may encompass lactic acidosis, pancreatitis, and allergic reactions. It's important to contact your doctor immediately if you experience severe or persistent side effects.

Torglip R Tablet 10'S is a medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It contains two medicines: Torgliptin and Repaglinide.
Torglip R Tablet 10'S is used to control blood sugar levels that are not adequately controlled by diet and exercise in people with type 2 diabetes.
Torglip R Tablet 10'S works in two ways. Torgliptin belongs to a class of medicines called DPP-4 inhibitors. It works by stimulating the pancreas to release insulin and by reducing the amount of sugar produced by the body. Repaglinide is a meglitinide. It works by stimulating the release of insulin after meals.
Common side effects of Torglip R Tablet 10'S include low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), upper respiratory tract infection, runny or stuffy nose, and sore throat.
The safety of Torglip R Tablet 10'S during pregnancy has not been established. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
It is not known whether Torglip R Tablet 10'S is excreted in breast milk. Talk to your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
Store Torglip R Tablet 10'S at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
Drinking alcohol with Torglip R Tablet 10'S may increase the risk of low blood sugar.
Symptoms of an overdose of Torglip R Tablet 10'S may include low blood sugar, sweating, tremors, dizziness, and confusion.
If you miss a dose of Torglip R Tablet 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.
Torglip R Tablet 10'S can interact with many other medications. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
Before taking Torglip R Tablet 10'S, tell your doctor if you have any medical conditions, especially kidney disease, liver disease, or inflammation of the pancreas.
Torglip R Tablet 10'S usually starts working within one to two hours of taking it.
Torglip R Tablet 10'S can cause low blood sugar, which may impair your ability to drive. Do not drive if you do not feel comfortable driving.
