How VITNEURIN CZS TABLET 15'S Works

• Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) is needed for the formation of myelin, the protective sheath around nerve fibres, and supports nerve repair and conduction. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) acts as a coenzyme in amino acid metabolism and in the synthesis of neurotransmitters, the chemical messengers used by nerve cells.
• Zinc supports immune function, wound healing and protein synthesis, and acts as an antioxidant. Chromium enhances the action of insulin, helping cells use glucose more effectively. Selenium is a trace mineral with its own antioxidant role, working alongside zinc to help protect cells from everyday oxidative stress. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) and folic acid (vitamin B9) act as cofactors in energy metabolism and in the formation of red blood cells.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and a metallic taste are the most commonly reported effects, and are often reduced by taking the tablet with food. Niacinamide and the other B vitamins are generally well tolerated at the recommended amount. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs. Persistent or severe gastrointestinal symptoms should be reported to a doctor.

• If you miss a dose of VITNEURIN CZS TABLET 15'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet after a meal to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset
• Avoid combining this supplement with other multivitamin or mineral products without checking the total daily amount
• Tell the doctor about epilepsy, blood disorders, malabsorption or kidney conditions before starting
• This supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet
• Seek medical advice for persistent gastrointestinal symptoms or any unusual reaction
• Avoid extended, unsupervised use; ask a doctor before continuing beyond a short course

• Vitneurin CZS can be taken with or without food, though taking it with food can improve absorption and reduce stomach upset.
• Foods high in phytic acid, such as whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, or high in oxalic acid, such as spinach and tea, can interfere with zinc absorption if eaten at the same time as the tablet.
