XARELTO 15MG TABLET 28'S contains Rivaroxaban, a type of medicine known as an anticoagulant or 'blood thinner'. This medicine specifically targets a factor in your blood (Factor Xa) that helps form blood clots. By blocking it, XARELTO helps prevent unwanted clots from forming.
