How ZANDU PANCHARISHTA 450ML Works

• The herbs in this formulation are traditionally described as digestive stimulants, thought to support the secretion of digestive juices and ease the breakdown of food, which is why arishta preparations are traditionally taken after meals.
• Draksha and triphala are traditionally used for their mild laxative action, supporting regular bowel movements. Herbs traditionally recognised as carminatives are included to help ease gas and bloating, while ashwagandha and shatavari are traditionally used as general tonics in Ayurveda.

Mild digestive upset, gas or bloating can occur, particularly when starting this tonic. A change in bowel habit, including loose stools or constipation, has also been reported. An allergic reaction to any of the herbal ingredients is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs. Persistent or severe abdominal pain should be assessed by a doctor rather than managed with this tonic alone.

• If you forget to take a dose of Zandu Pancharishta, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the bottle in its original pack, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tonic after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Shake the bottle well before each use
• Take it after meals, diluted with an equal amount of water if preferred
• Maintain a fibre-containing diet and adequate hydration alongside its use
• Use consistently, since benefit is generally seen over weeks of regular use
