Like all medicines, ZYDIP C CREAM 20 GM can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. **Common side effects (may affect up to 1 in 10 people):** * Burning sensation at the application site * Itching at the application site * Irritation at the application site * Dryness of skin **Uncommon side effects (may affect up to 1 in 100 people):** * Allergic contact dermatitis * Skin atrophy (thinning of the skin) * Striae (stretch marks) * Miliaria (heat rash) * Acneiform eruptions (acne-like rash) * Hypopigmentation (loss of skin color) * Secondary infection * Telangiectasia (spider veins) * Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles) * Increased hair growth **Rare side effects (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people):** * Systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids may produce reversible hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression * Cushing's syndrome (symptoms include weight gain, especially around the trunk; moon face; easy bruising; muscle weakness). * Glaucoma or cataracts may occur in rare instances with the use of topical corticosteroids, especially after prolonged use. **If you experience any of these side effects or any other unusual symptoms, stop using ZYDIP C CREAM 20 GM and consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately.**
