LUPRIDE DEPOT 22.5MG INJECTION decreases testosterone or estrogen production, depending on the treated condition. This helps to slow the growth of cancer cells, reduce the size of uterine fibroids, and alleviate the symptoms of endometriosis and early onset of puberty.
LUPRIDE DEPOT 22.5MG INJECTION should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, people who are allergic to the medication, or people with a history of osteoporosis or bone fractures. It should also be used cautiously in people with a past of depression or mental illness.
If you miss a dose of LUPRIDE DEPOT 22.5MG INJECTION, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule the missed dose. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
Weight gain is not a common side effect of LUPRIDE DEPOT 22.5MG INJECTION, but it may occur in some people.
LUPRIDE DEPOT 22.5MG INJECTION reduces estrogen production and helps relieve endometriosis symptoms by inhibiting tissue growth outside the uterus.
You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience abnormal vaginal bleeding, or if you or your child develops a headache that doesn't go away with pain relief, vision problems, buzzing or ringing in the ear.
Inform your doctor if you are still menstruating before starting treatment. If you have diabetes, your doctor may need to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. For breast cancer treatment with an aromatase inhibitor, regular checkups every three months are recommended.
