• SACURISE 50MG TABLET 14'S contains two active ingredients: sacubitril and valsartan. Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, an enzyme responsible for breaking down natriuretic peptides, leading to increased levels of these peptides, which promote vasodilation and natriuresis. Valsartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that causes blood vessels to constrict, thereby reducing blood pressure and decreasing the workload on the heart. Together, sacubitril and valsartan improve cardiac function and reduce the progression of heart failure.
