Composition

Pregnancy
UNSAFEDo not take SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S if you are pregnant because it may cause harm to the unborn baby. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or planning to become pregnant.
SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S is a combination medication for treating heart failure in adult patients. It contains two active ingredients, sacubitril, and valsartan, which work together to improve heart function and reduce the risk of hospitalization and cardiovascular deaths.
Common side effects of SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S may include low blood pressure, dizziness, increased heart rate, cough, and elevated potassium levels in the blood. It is important to report any unusual or severe side effects to your healthcare provider.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels may be required during SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S treatment. Your healthcare provider will determine the appropriate monitoring schedule based on your needs.
The combination of valsartan and sacubitril is a tablet to take by mouth. Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken with or without food. To help you remember to take the combination of valsartan and sacubitril, take it at around the same times every day.
SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S may interact with certain medications and cause undesirable side effects. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about all your medications to avoid potential drug interactions. Inform your physician if you are taking medications containing Aliskiren.
SACUVAL 50MG TABLET 10'S has no known interactions with other drugs.
It is advisable to take your medicine at the same time each day. However, if you forget to take a dose, you should take the next one at the scheduled time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet. Inform your physician if you have kidney problems before initiating the therapy. This medicine could lower your blood pressure too much, especially when you first use it or if you are dehydrated. Stand or sit up slowly if you feel dizzy or lightheaded. Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine. Keep all appointments.
