Common side effects of AMTAS HT Tablet may include headache, dizziness, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), ankle swelling, fatigue, palpitations, and sleepiness. Less common or rare side effects may include: Nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, muscle cramps, increased urination, changes in vision, shortness of breath, cough, skin rash, itching, and mood changes. In rare cases, it may cause more serious side effects such as liver problems, kidney problems, or allergic reactions (swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing). This is not an exhaustive list. If you experience any unusual or bothersome symptoms while taking AMTAS HT Tablet, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Amtas HT Tablet 10'S is a combination of two medicines used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is not effective enough. It helps to lower blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood.
Amtas HT Tablet 10'S contains two active ingredients: Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide.
Amtas HT Tablet 10'S is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure).
Common side effects of Amtas HT Tablet 10'S may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, swelling of the ankles, and nausea.
The safety of Amtas HT Tablet 10'S during pregnancy has not been established. Consult a doctor before using it during pregnancy.
Amtas HT Tablet 10'S can be taken with or without food, but it's best to take it at the same time each day.
Store Amtas HT Tablet 10'S at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Amtas HT Tablet 10'S can affect blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. Monitor your blood sugar levels closely and adjust your diabetes medication if needed. Consult your doctor.
It may take a few days for Amtas HT Tablet 10'S to start lowering blood pressure. It may take several weeks to see the full effect.
If you miss a dose of Amtas HT Tablet 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time.
