About CAZANAT 60 TABLET 30'S

  • CAZANAT 60 TABLET 30'S is an antineoplastic drug containing Cabozantinib as an active ingredient. It belongs to a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In adults, it is prescribed for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer and locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer. It is also used to treat liver cancer when Sorafenib (an anticancer medicine) is no longer effective. In cases of advanced kidney cancer, this medicine is often administered in combination with Nivolumab. This medication is not recommended for individuals under the age of 18 years. CAZANAT 60 TABLET 30'S works by blocking certain proteins (kinases) that promote cancer cell growth and blood vessel development, thereby slowing down or stopping the progression of the disease.
  • Before taking CAZANAT 60 TABLET 30'S, inform your healthcare provider if you have any allergies to Cabozantinib or any of the other ingredients in the medication. It is crucial to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, such as liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or a history of diarrhea.
