Less common or rare side effects may include: Allergic reaction, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Dyspepsia, Peripheral edema, Hypotension, Cough, Nasal congestion, Shortness of breath, Skin rash, Itching, Urticaria, Hair loss, Increased urination, Gynecomastia (enlargement of male breasts), Sexual dysfunction, Depression, Anxiety, Tremor, Visual disturbances, Tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and Changes in blood cell counts.

CILNY T 40MG TABLET 10'S is a combination of two medicines used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
This medicine is primarily used to lower high blood pressure (hypertension).
This medicine works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing down the heart rate, thereby lowering blood pressure.
The dosage is usually determined by the doctor, but it is typically taken once daily.
Common side effects may include dizziness, fatigue, headache, and swelling in the legs.
This medicine is not safe for pregnant women. Consult a doctor before using it.
