It is not recommended for premenopausal women or pregnant women, as it may cause undesirable side effects if it is used during the period of pregnancy.
Yes, the drug may cause breast cancer as a side effect. So, it is advised that you examine your breasts while under medication.
Spread the estrogen as thinly as possible over your arm from wrist to shoulder. Never apply estrogen directly to the breast. Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Make sure that the application area is clean and dry, and there is no broken skin. Wash your hands properly after using the Estradiol. Contact your doctor if you have any doubts.
