ETOWIN P TABLET 10'S can cause several side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, and indigestion. You might also experience dizziness, drowsiness, headache, weakness, or fatigue. Less common side effects include skin rash, itching, swelling, increased sweating, anxiety, confusion, sleep disturbances (insomnia), blurred vision, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), and changes in blood pressure. Rare but serious side effects can include liver problems, kidney problems, allergic reactions (such as difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or throat), and gastrointestinal bleeding (which may manifest as black, tarry stools or vomiting blood). Long-term use may increase the risk of cardiovascular events. If you experience any severe or persistent side effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately.
