GEMER DAPA XR 10/2/500MG TABLET 7'S is a combination medicine used to control high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains three medicines: Glimepiride, Metformin and Dapagliflozin.
GEMER DAPA XR 10/2/500MG TABLET 7'S works in three ways: Glimepiride increases the amount of insulin released by the pancreas, Metformin decreases the amount of glucose produced by the liver and decreases glucose absorption from the intestines, and Dapagliflozin removes excess glucose from your body through your urine.
