How HEALTH OK TABLET 10'S Works

• The B-complex vitamins in this formulation support the conversion of food into usable energy and contribute to normal nerve function, while vitamin C and vitamin E provide antioxidant support and contribute to immune function. Minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium and selenium support oxygen transport, immune cell function, and normal muscle and nerve activity.
• The amino acids included support tissue repair and normal metabolic processes, while ginseng is traditionally regarded as an adaptogen that helps the body cope with stress, and taurine is included for its role in supporting cardiovascular and general cellular function. Together, these ingredients are intended to help correct nutritional gaps and support general energy and well-being.

Nausea, stomach upset and headache are the most commonly reported effects. Diarrhoea and constipation have also been reported. A severe allergic reaction, including a rash, facial swelling or breathing difficulty, needs immediate medical attention. Signs of liver problems, such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or abdominal pain, also need prompt medical attention.

• If you miss a dose of HEALTH OK Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take after a meal to aid absorption and reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Do not combine with other multivitamin or mineral supplements without medical advice
• Maintain a balanced diet alongside this supplement rather than relying on it alone
• Tell a doctor about any kidney or liver condition before starting
• Discontinue and seek medical advice if a rash, facial swelling or breathing difficulty occurs

• This tablet can generally be taken with or without food, though taking it after a meal may help reduce stomach upset and support absorption.
