- Ibuprofen and paracetamol are combined in Ibugesic Plus Liquid. Both of these are considered to be non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDS). The syrup aids both newborns and children by lowering body temperature (fever) and decreasing pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
