About INONZA 1MG INJECTION
- INONZA 1MG INJECTION is a medicine used to fight cancer. Its main part is Inotuzumab ozogamicin. It's for adults with a type of blood cancer called acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or ALL. Doctors use it when other treatments haven't worked for the patient. ALL happens when your body makes too many young, abnormal white blood cells in the bone marrow, which can't do their job properly.
- Don't use INONZA 1MG INJECTION if you're allergic to Inotuzumab ozogamicin or anything else in the medicine. It's also not for you if you have or have ever had serious liver problems like damaged liver blood vessels (veno-occlusive disease), scarring (cirrhosis), a specific condition causing high blood pressure in the liver (nodular regenerative hyperplasia), or active liver swelling (hepatitis). Also, avoid it if you have blood clots. This medicine is not for children or teenagers.
- Before you start treatment with INONZA 1MG INJECTION, tell your doctor if you notice signs of tumour lysis syndrome (like feeling sick, muscle cramps), have low blood counts (especially low neutrophils which fight infection), high levels of certain enzymes (amylase or lipase), or a history of a specific heart rhythm problem (QT interval prolongation). It's crucial to tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or become pregnant during treatment or within 8 months after your last dose. Both women and men need to use effective birth control during and for some time after treatment – 8 months for women and 5 months for men. Talk to your doctor about any concerns regarding fertility. Your doctor will order regular blood tests to check your blood cell counts, liver function, and monitor your heart rhythm with tests like an ECG. They will also monitor you closely for any signs of infection, bleeding, or other side effects. This medication is given as an infusion into a vein, typically on a specific schedule determined by your doctor. Always follow your doctor's instructions carefully and report any unusual symptoms immediately. This treatment can be complex, and open communication with your healthcare team is essential for managing your health throughout the process.

This decision is based on several important factors, including the severity of your medical condition, your overall health, weight, and how your body responds to the treatment. Benefits of INONZA 1MG INJECTION
- INONZA 1MG INJECTION specifically targets the CD22 protein commonly found on blood cancer (ALL) cells.
- This targeted action allows the medicine to attach directly to the cancer cells.
- Once attached, the medicine enters the cell and disrupts its DNA.
- By damaging the DNA, INONZA 1MG INJECTION effectively kills the cancer cells.
How to use INONZA 1MG INJECTION
- The INONZA 1MG INJECTION is a powerful medication that requires professional administration. It must only be given by a trained healthcare professional, such as a doctor or nurse, in a clinic or hospital setting. It is crucial that you do not attempt to inject this medicine yourself at home. Self-administration could be dangerous and lead to incorrect dosing or serious complications. Your doctor is the best person to determine the right amount (dose) of INONZA 1MG INJECTION you need and for how long you should receive the treatment. This decision is carefully made based on the specific condition being treated, how severe it is, your overall health, and other medical factors. The injection is typically given directly into a vein through an intravenous (IV) line, meaning it's slowly infused into your bloodstream over a period of time.
