How LIVFIT TABLET 10'S Works

• Bhumi Amla and Kalmegh are traditionally described as hepatoprotective herbs, thought to help protect liver cells from damage caused by toxins, and Kutki is traditionally used for its bitter, liver-supportive action in Ayurveda.
• Guduchi is traditionally valued for its immune-supportive and antioxidant properties, Punarnava is traditionally used to support fluid balance, and Haritaki and Kasni are traditionally used to support digestion. Together, these herbs are intended to support the liver's own regenerative and detoxifying processes, not to act as a specific drug against one target.

Nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea and constipation are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Headache and dizziness have also been reported.

• If you miss a dose of LIVFIT TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take the tablet after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Avoid alcohol, which can add extra strain on the liver
• Maintain a balanced diet and stay well hydrated
• Continue any prescribed treatment for a diagnosed liver condition alongside this tablet
• Seek prompt medical advice for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or persistent nausea
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Livfit can be taken with or without food, though taking it after meals can reduce the chance of stomach upset. Alcohol should be limited or avoided, since it can add to the burden on the liver.
