LUPROHAL 11.25 INJECTION should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, people who are allergic to the medication, or people with a history of osteoporosis or bone fractures. It should also be used cautiously in people with a past of depression or mental illness.
If you miss a dose of LUPROHAL 11.25 INJECTION, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible to schedule the missed dose. Do not double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
Weight gain is not a common side effect of LUPROHAL 11.25 INJECTION, but it may occur in some people.
Endometriosis is a condition where the tissue that lines the uterus grows outside of it, which can cause pain and other symptoms. During treatment, especially with an aromatase inhibitor for breast cancer, have regular checkups every three months. If you have diabetes, monitor your glucose levels regularly. Inform your doctor if you are still menstruating before starting the injection.
Contact your doctor immediately if you experience abnormal vaginal bleeding. Also, consult your doctor if you or your child has a headache that doesn't go away with painkillers, vision problems, or buzzing/ringing in the ear.
