Most side effects are temporary and resolve as your body adapts to the medication. If side effects persist or cause concern, seek medical advice.

General usage and precautions
Follow medical adviceUse Nebzmart G Respules only by inhalation through a nebulizer; do not swallow or inject the solution.
No, NEBZMART G SMARTULES 2ML 5'S is not a steroid. It belongs to a group of medicines called bronchodilators which are used to widen the airway of the respiratory tract. They also help to ease the breathing process in patients with breathing difficulties due to a certain type of lung disease like obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
The length of time depends on the severity and type of disease. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a long-term disease and you need to take this medicine every day as directed by the doctor to prevent attacks of breathing difficulty. It is to be taken regularly and not only when you have breathing problems or other symptoms of COPD.
Inhalational NEBZMART G SMARTULES 2ML 5'S can lead to retention of urine and difficulty of urination in old age individuals. It is more common in men with enlarged prostate or benign enlargement of prostate. This condition can cause difficulty in urination or painful urination or frequent urination or dribbling of urine. Inform the doctor if you already have any such problems before starting the treatment or if you experienced any problems during the treatment.
Inhaling NEBZMART G SMARTULES 2ML 5'S can lead to blurred vision and can even cause acute narrow-angle glaucoma. This medicine can cause pain in the eye or discomfort, nausea or vomiting, blurred vision, seeing halos or bright colors around lights, and red eyes. Immediately stop taking this medicine and contact the doctor if you encounter any of these symptoms.
Nebzmart G Respules is used for the management of chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where there is airway inflammation, narrowing, and excess mucus. It is inhaled through a nebulizer to help relieve symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and cough. The exact indications may vary depending on the active ingredients and your doctor’s assessment.
Use Nebzmart G Respules exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The contents of one respule are usually emptied into the nebulizer chamber, and the device is then operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions. You should sit upright, place the mouthpiece in your mouth (or mask over your nose and mouth), and breathe in the mist slowly and deeply until the chamber is empty. Do not swallow or inject the solution. Do not change the frequency or duration of use without medical advice.
Use of Nebzmart G Respules during pregnancy should be based on a careful risk–benefit assessment by your doctor. Uncontrolled asthma or COPD can be harmful to both mother and baby, so maintaining good respiratory control is important. However, not all inhaled medicines are equally safe in pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or suspect you might be pregnant, so that the most appropriate and safest treatment plan can be chosen for you.
Some inhaled respiratory medicines can be used during breastfeeding because systemic absorption is limited, but safety depends on the specific active ingredients in Nebzmart G Respules. Small amounts of medicine may pass into breast milk. Your doctor will weigh the benefits of treatment for you against any potential risk to the infant. Do not start or stop this medicine while breastfeeding without consulting your healthcare provider.
Nebzmart G Respules is inhaled into the lungs and usually does not significantly affect alertness in most people. However, some individuals may experience side effects such as dizziness, tremor, headache, or palpitations depending on the active ingredients and their sensitivity. If you feel dizzy, light‑headed, unusually shaky, or unwell after a dose, avoid driving, cycling, or operating machinery until you feel normal again. Always see how the medicine affects you before engaging in such activities.
There is no universal rule for alcohol use with all nebulized respiratory medicines, but alcohol can sometimes worsen dizziness, drowsiness, or palpitations and may aggravate underlying respiratory or heart conditions. Excessive alcohol intake can also interfere with adherence to treatment and overall lung health. It is advisable to limit or avoid alcohol while using Nebzmart G Respules, especially if you notice any worsening of side effects. Discuss your alcohol consumption with your doctor for personalized advice.
Safety in liver disease depends on the specific active ingredients and the severity of liver impairment. Some inhaled medicines have minimal systemic absorption and may be relatively safer, while others can still be processed by the liver and may require caution. If you have a history of liver disease, hepatitis, cirrhosis, or abnormal liver tests, inform your doctor before starting Nebzmart G Respules. Your doctor may monitor you more closely or adjust your overall treatment plan if needed.
Patients with kidney disease should use Nebzmart G Respules only under medical supervision. Although many inhaled medicines act mainly in the lungs, some portion can be absorbed into the bloodstream and eliminated by the kidneys. In moderate to severe kidney impairment, your doctor will consider the potential for accumulation or side effects and may adjust your overall therapy or monitoring. Always inform your healthcare provider about any kidney problems before starting this medicine.
If you have ever had an allergic reaction to inhaled respiratory medicines, nebulizer solutions, or any of the components such as preservatives or stabilizers, tell your doctor before using Nebzmart G Respules. Symptoms of allergy can include rash, itching, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, severe dizziness, or difficulty breathing. If any of these occur after using Nebzmart G Respules, stop using it and seek emergency medical help immediately. Do not use this medicine again unless your doctor specifically advises it.
Common side effects associated with nebulized respiratory medicines can include throat irritation, cough during or after nebulization, hoarseness, a bitter or unusual taste in the mouth, mild headache, or a feeling of chest tightness shortly after inhalation. Some people may experience tremor, palpitations, or nervousness depending on the active ingredients. Rinsing your mouth with water after treatment (without swallowing) may help reduce throat irritation and oral side effects. If side effects are severe, persistent, or worrying, contact your doctor.
Nebzmart G Respules is generally intended for maintenance or supportive therapy in chronic respiratory conditions and may not be suitable as the sole treatment for sudden, severe asthma attacks unless your doctor has specifically instructed you to use it that way. For acute attacks, fast‑acting rescue inhalers are usually preferred because they work quickly to open the airways. Always follow your personalized asthma or COPD action plan and seek urgent medical care if your breathing suddenly worsens or does not improve with your usual rescue medication.
