Generally well tolerated. Common and usually mild: nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, and occasionally headache. Taking it with or after food can help reduce stomach upset. Serious (uncommon, seek medical attention): signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, itching, or swelling of the face/lips, or difficulty breathing. Report these promptly.
Take it as directed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with water — do not crush or chew it. Take it at the same time(s) each day for consistent benefit.
