Possible side effects of NEUROKEM D 75/20MG CAPSULE may include: * **Common:** Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, peripheral edema (swelling in the extremities). * **Uncommon:** Anxiety, confusion, tremor, abnormal dreams, decreased libido, orthostatic hypotension (drop in blood pressure upon standing), palpitations, rash, pruritus (itching), increased sweating, muscle pain, weakness, fatigue. * **Rare:** Serotonin syndrome (symptoms include agitation, hallucinations, rapid heartbeat, fever, muscle stiffness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), neuroleptic malignant syndrome (symptoms include fever, muscle rigidity, altered mental status, autonomic dysfunction), seizures, mania, glaucoma, urinary retention, severe allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing). * **Very Rare:** Blood disorders such as agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia (symptoms include fever, chills, sore throat, mouth sores, easy bruising or bleeding). Liver problems (symptoms include abdominal pain, dark urine, jaundice). **Important Note:** This is not an exhaustive list.
