NEXTKI 70MG TABLET 60'S contains Dasatinib as its active ingredient. It is prescribed for adult and pediatric patients (one year and older) diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). This medication is also used in the treatment of newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in its chronic phase, as well as for Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia in patients who have shown resistance or intolerance to other therapies. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia is a form of blood cancer characterized by an overproduction of white blood cells due to alterations in the Philadelphia chromosome. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a common blood cancer in children, involves the rapid multiplication and prolonged survival of white blood cell lymphocytes.
