Yes, using Ondero Met 2.5mg/1000mg Tablets can result in MALA, commonly known as lactic acidosis (Metformin-associated lactic acidosis). Lactic acid levels in the blood are elevated, which is the cause. In individuals suffering underlying kidney disease, elderly people, or those who consume substantial amounts of alcohol, metformin is not prescribed because of this extremely unusual side effect. Muscle discomfort or weakness, dizziness, fatigue, a feeling of coldness in the arms and legs, trouble breathing, sickness, vomiting, stomach pain, and a slow heartbeat are all possible signs of lactic acidosis. Quit accepting Ondero Met 2.5mg/1000mg Tablet and get medical attention right away if you have any of these symptoms.
Some typical adverse effects of using Ondero Met 2.5mg/1000mg Tablet include hypoglycemia, changed taste, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhoea, headache, and upper respiratory infection. Lactic acidosis is a severe but uncommon side effect that might result from it. Its prolonged use might potentially cause a vitamin B12 deficiency.
Store this medication in the firmly closed packet or container it came in. Follow the instructions on the package or label before storing it. Get rid of the leftover medication. Make sure that nobody—including children, dogs, or other people—eats it.
