Telmikind LNB Tablet 10's is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when a single medication is not sufficient.
Telmikind LNB Tablet 10's works by combining three medicines: Telmisartan, Cilnidipine, and Chlorthalidone. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and Chlorthalidone is a diuretic.
Common side effects of Telmikind LNB Tablet 10's include dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.
Telmikind LNB Tablet 10's is not safe during pregnancy and should not be used during pregnancy.
