It is primarily used in the treatment of brain cancers, specifically glioblastoma multiforme in adults, and malignant glioma, including glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma, in patients above three years of age. Glioblastoma and anaplastic astrocytoma are aggressive forms of brain cancer with limited survival rates. TEMO-GBM 250MG CAPSULE 5'S, or radiotherapy, is used to treat anaplastic astrocytoma after a biopsy. Glioblastoma multiforme is addressed with a combination of radiotherapy and TEMO-GBM 250MG CAPSULE 5'S, often continued as maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence or progression.
