Common side effects of TORGLIP DM 10MG/1000MG/100MG TABLET may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, metallic taste, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), headache, dizziness, and weakness. Less common but potentially serious side effects can include lactic acidosis (symptoms like rapid breathing, stomach pain, and feeling cold), allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), liver problems (yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine), and vitamin B12 deficiency (numbness, tingling). Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any severe or persistent side effects.

TORGLIP DM is a combination medicine containing Teneligliptin, Metformin, and Pioglitazone. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus.
It is used to control high blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with diet and exercise.
Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.
People with kidney disease should consult a doctor before using TORGLIP DM, as Metformin can worsen kidney problems.
TORGLIP DM is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Store TORGLIP DM at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
It is recommended to take TORGLIP DM with food to avoid stomach upset.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
Drinking alcohol with TORGLIP DM is not recommended, as it can lower blood sugar levels and cause other side effects.
Symptoms of an overdose of TORGLIP DM may include low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and difficulty breathing.
TORGLIP DM can interact with certain medications, such as insulin, sulfonylureas, and certain heart medications. Tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking.
The safety and effectiveness of TORGLIP DM in children have not been established. Consult a doctor before giving it to children.
Continue taking TORGLIP DM for as long as your doctor tells you to. Do not stop taking it suddenly, as it may cause your blood sugar levels to rise.
Weight gain is a possible side effect in some people, due to the Pioglitazone present in TORGLIP DM. Monitor your weight and tell your doctor if you experience excessive weight gain.
