Pregnancy
UNSAFEDo not take UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S if you are pregnant because this may harm the unborn baby. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, suspecting pregnancy, or planning to get pregnant during the treatment.
Stop using this medicine and report to your doctor immediately if you face any symptoms of stomach pain, grey-colored stools, dark-colored urine, decreased or loss of appetite, fever, headache, itching, nausea, vomiting, skin rash, or swelling of the feet or lower legs.
UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S is well known to cause renal impairment and kidney damage. Inform your physician if you have any kidney problems before initiating the therapy.
The drug may cause acute liver injury when used long-term. The liver impairment is characterized by fever, jaundice, abdominal pain, and nausea.
UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S is unsafe during the last trimester of pregnancy. Inform your physician if you are pregnant while taking the medicine. Consult your doctor for more advice on pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Take UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S as advised by your doctor. Generally, it should be taken with food to reduce stomach problems and increase its absorption.
UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S can make you feel dizzy, drowsy, or sleepy. Inform your physician if you feel dizzy for a longer period.
There is no known interaction of UTICHEK SR 100 TABLET 10'S with other drugs.
Do not take this medicine if you are unable to urinate. It should be cautiously given to the patient with kidney problems. Dose adjustments are needed in patients with kidney failure or severe kidney disease. Complete the whole course of therapy even if you feel better after the first few doses. This medicine may cause diarrhea; inform your physician if it persists longer or is bloody. Your doctor may do lab tests to check the therapy's effectiveness or monitor the unwanted side effects.
