XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S side effects includes lowered white blood cell (leukopenia), reduction of platelets in the blood, allergic reaction, difficulty in breathing, numbness and hand pain (Carpal tunnel syndrome), depression, high levels of liver enzymes, diarrhea, nausea, depression, joint and back pain, fatigue, abdomen pain, swelling in hands and feets, muscle pain, tingling, pain, coldness, weakness in parts of the hand.
Pregnancy
UNSAFEDo not take this XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S if you are pregnant because it may cause harm to the unborn baby. Consult your doctor before starting the treatment.
XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S can weaken your bones and increase your risk of fractures (a condition called osteoporosis). Your provider might ask you to do a bone mineral density (BMD) test while taking this medicine to ensure that your bones are healthy and strong.
Xcel 25mg is generally given to you only if you have gone through menopause. However, some people find that they start to have periods again after taking Exemestane. If this happens to you, it’s important to use reliable contraception. Talk to your doctor if your periods start again or if there is any chance that you maybe are pregnant. Exemestane is not recommended during pregnancy.
XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S is not approved for use in men, as it is specifically designed to treat hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

Care has to be given if you have any kidney-based problems. Inform your doctor if you have any history of kidney problems.
There are no known interactions of XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S with other drugs.
It is advised to inform your doctor if you have a history of liver or kidney diseases. XCEL 25 TABLET 10'S reduces levels of the estrogen hormone. You can have weaker bones that are more likely to break. Do not get pregnant or breastfeed. Use effective contraception throughout the treatment.
