  • CELOMIDE 5 CAPSULE 10'S belongs to a class of medications known as immunomodulatory agents. It contains lenalidomide as its active ingredient. This medication is prescribed for adults diagnosed with multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and follicular lymphoma. Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells, which are abundant in the bone marrow. These cancerous cells accumulate in the bone marrow and proliferate uncontrollably. While there is currently no cure for this type of cancer, CELOMIDE 5 CAPSULE 10'S can help manage and alleviate its symptoms.
  • Myelodysplastic Syndrome encompasses a group of disorders affecting the blood and bone marrow, characterized by abnormal and dysfunctional blood cells. Mantle cell lymphoma is a less prevalent form of cancer that affects the lymph nodes, while follicular lymphoma is a slow-progressing cancer affecting the B cells. CELOMIDE 5 CAPSULE 10'S works by modulating the immune system and inhibiting the growth of cancerous cells, helping to manage these conditions.
  • Common side effects associated with CELOMIDE 5 CAPSULE 10'S may include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, muscle cramps, fatigue, fever, cough, headache, back pain, shortness of breath, skin rashes, thyroid problems, and skin issues.
